Dr Caroline Adams graduated as a Registered Nurse (RAH) before gaining Ass Dip in Social Work (SAIT). After working in aged care, she studied for a diploma in dance teaching in studio and workshop settings. She obtained a BA (GU) and Graduate Diploma in Humanities (UNE). She completed a thesis for MLitt (UNE) centred on Australian nurses in WW1 and successfully submitted a PhD thesis (Monash) focused on nurses in the Boer War.
